I am a freelance photographer based near Peterborough, specialising in top quality stills photography of all types of truck, specialist vehicles, plant, machinery, associated equipment and the activities they perform.

fototruck.com is my website which exists to promote my work to the widest possible audience.

I have been steadily developing my skills in vehicle photography for nearly 20 years. Originally I simply wanted to record on film various vehicles which impressed me or that I had driven in a professional capacity, firstly in the armed forces, moving onto general haulage, followed later by heavy haulage.

As time went by, people began asking to buy my photographs and commissioning me to take pictures specifically for them. This ranged from a photograph of a new vehicle to hang on the office wall, to a photoshoot for a magazine or a set of publicity photographs for a manufacturers press release.

A full range of 35mm, medium format and digital camera equipment is utilised as required.

I am available to travel to any UK location and as I have a good working knowledge of the vehicle and transport industry I am able to get the best out of a photoshoot, whether the subjects are static or hard at work in their operating environment. I carry all the necessary personal protective equipment to current health and safety standards and wearing it has become second nature when the need arises.
